Site works are under way. We’ve laid the Stage 1 plan over drone photos of the cleared site, taken in September 2026, so you can see where each home sits and what’s around it.

The foundation of a whole coastal village.
The Beach Houses are the first of several stages that will grow into a community of around 262 residences. Next comes a Community Centre designed as the social heart of the village — with a café and bar, a kitchen and private dining room, multipurpose and games spaces, alfresco BBQ areas, and landscaped gardens and walking paths.
Bokarina Beach Village is developed by UnitingCare Queensland under the BlueCare brand — a not-for-profit provider of retirement living, home care and aged care for more than 70 years. Should your needs change, BlueCare Home Care services can support you to keep living well at home.

Early civil works and site preparation begin as project planning, documentation and pricing are finalised.

Expressions of Interest
Formalise your interest in a Beach House or apartment with a small, fully refundable deposit. Individual home and lot selection will take place at a later stage.

Apartments and Community Centre
59 two- and three-bedroom apartments, together with the village Community Centre.
