Melaleuca is our courtyard home. Its living and dining area opens on two sides — to a covered terrace at one end, and through sliding doors to a private 3.3 × 5.1 m side courtyard — with 33 m² of outdoor space across three areas.
The main bedroom has its own small terrace beside the ensuite, a quiet spot for a morning coffee. Bedrooms 2 and 3 sit together at the back of the home, either side of a shared bathroom.
